Our Process 

Chat to Paul about your requirements and make sure you feel comfortable.  An assessment of your needs will be made with an agreed plan.  Please note that there will be situations where more work may need to occur that is off plan, this may come up if, for example, a mechanical need is affected by a pre-existing problem that was unforeseen at the time of the initial assessment. In these scenarios Paul will always communicate before undertaking additional work so that you the customer can rest assured you will not have an unexpected bill.  

Paul will book you in for a time that suits both parties. Small jobs can sometimes be popped in straight away, so do call and ask.  

Some projects will require Paul to take photographs of the components. This forms a record of the condition of certain parts or unforeseen issues.  

On completion of your job, you will receive a detailed invoice itemizing all costs, parts and labour. Paul charges a standard hourly rate for all customers. Prompt payment is processed via internet banking.

Your car will be ready for collection and you will receive a Costin sticker and Choke peg. 

Long term projects will be billed on a regular basis throughout the duration of the project. All long-term projects will be periodically photographed and a copy will be given to the owner at the completion of the project.
